Polarium and Greenely enter strategic partnership

Revolutionising home batteries with new technology

Polarium has today entered into a strategic partnership with Greenely, a Swedish company offering an energy management platform for consumers, combined with an hourly electricity tariff and virtual power plant technology for homes. The collaboration marks an important step in the companies’ long term ambition to make sustainable, intelligent and economically beneficial energy use accessible to households at a level the market has not previously seen.

The aim of the partnership is to lay the foundation for new battery solutions and consumer offerings, where technology, optimisation and business model work together to create a significantly better outcome for households. The first initiatives within the framework of the collaboration are planned to be introduced from 2026 onwards.

As the energy system becomes increasingly complex, with a growing share of renewable production and higher demands for flexibility, Greenely sees a rising need for solutions that make it easy for consumers to contribute to grid stability while also improving their own financial situation. The partnership with Polarium is an important part of this development.

The collaboration is built on a shared vision that household energy solutions should be seamless, intelligent and sustainable over the long term, both from a climate perspective and a financial perspective. More information about concrete offerings and launches will be communicated at a later stage.
